Preamble
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Plusteams IT Services LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, having its registered office in India ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the NirmanMetry mobile application (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and all related cloud database, storage, and collaboration services (collectively, the "Services").
Agreement Notice: By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the App and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease using the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App and Services.
- If you are using the App on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- The App is currently available for use in India.
1.2 Account Registration
- Access requires registration using a valid Indian mobile phone number. Authentication is performed via secure SMS OTP verification codes.
- During onboarding, you provide your full name, optional email address, and site role (e.g., Project Manager, Site Engineer, Contractor).
- You may optionally upload a profile photograph.
1.3 Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and phone number.
- Notify us immediately at support@NirmanMetry.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Each phone number may be associated with only one account.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Core Functionality
NirmanMetry is a construction expense tracking and project management application enabling users to:
- Create and manage construction projects with budgets
- Record and categorise expenses across standard categories (Materials, Equipment, Labor, Permits, Others)
- Upload photographs of bills, receipts, and invoices
- Monitor budget utilisation with automated threshold alerts (triggered at 85% utilisation)
- Generate and export expense reports in PDF and Excel formats
- Collaborate with team members by sharing projects with role-based access
2.2 Multi-Language Support
The App supports English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
3. Collaborative Project Sharing and Member Roles
3.1 Role-Based Access Control

3.2 Invitation and Member Discovery
Project owners may invite members by phone number. When you join a shared project, your full name and phone number are visible to all project members for peer identification.
3.3 Subscription-Based Editor Eligibility
To act as an Editor on shared projects, you must maintain an active Premium subscription. Otherwise, your role on shared projects will revert to Viewer.

4.2 Transaction Processing
Purchases are processed via Google Play Store and Apple App Store in-app purchases handled by RevenueCat. The Company does not directly store credit card or payment details.
5. User-Generated Content and Storage
You retain full ownership of all project details, budget entries, expense records, and uploaded receipt images. Uploaded images must be in JPG/JPEG/PNG format (max 3MB per image).
6. Device Permissions
Permissions for Camera, Photo Gallery, and Push Notifications are requested at the point of use and can be revoked anytime in your device settings.
7. Account Deletion and Data Retention
7.1 Self-Service Deletion
You may request account deletion in App via Settings > Delete Account via SMS OTP verification.
⚠️ CRITICAL SUBSCRIPTION WARNING: Deleting your NirmanMetry account does NOT automatically cancel your recurring subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To prevent continued billing, you must manually cancel your subscription in your store account settings before or immediately after deleting your App account.
8. Intellectual Property
All application source code, designs, UI layouts, graphics, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of Plusteams IT Services LLP.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not upload fraudulent receipts, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, use scrapers/bots, or violate any Indian laws.
10. Third-Party Services
The App relies on trusted services including Supabase (Database/Auth), RevenueCat (Subscriptions), Google Play Store, and Apple App Store.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NirmanMetry is a record-keeping tool and does not constitute formal accounting or legal advice. Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Telangana, India.
